This article explains what to do if you are getting a following error:
Oops, we couldn’t open the Product Manager.
Please open Product Manager app manually and reinstall Premiere Composer.
The error might look somewhat like this:
What's the problem
The problem is that the plugin wasn't able to communicate with the Product Manager app, which is used for managing packs, logging in and other stuff.
What to do
Please open the Mister Horse Product Manager manually and reinstall the plugin.
How to open the app:
- If you are on Windows, look for app called "Mister Horse Product Manager" in your program files, or where you installed it.
- If you are on a Mac, look for app called "Mister Horse Product Manager" in your Application folder.
If you don't have the Product Manager installed, it might be the only reason why you are getting this error. You can download it from the Premiere Composer's product page (it's the app that you download, when you are downloading Premiere Composer). After you install it, please try to reinstall the Premiere Composer plugin.
