Mask & Position preset is glitching (blinking, mask not working properly)

Are you experiencing strange problems with Mask & Position presets? Something like this: 

This might be happening because you're using a legacy setting for "Expression Engine". Here is how to check and fix this: 

1. Open File / Project Settings dialog.
2. Change "Expression Engine" to "Javascript" like on the image below:
