In some cases, Creative Cloud may not communicate properly with Mister Horse Product Manager. When this happens, please try the steps below.
Open Creative Cloud
Open the Creative Cloud desktop app and check that you are signed in to your Adobe account.
In the top-right corner, select your account icon and open Preferences. Under General and Apps, make sure Automatically keep Creative Cloud up to date is selected.
Restart Creative Cloud
Closing the Creative Cloud window does not always fully restart it, as several Adobe services continue running in the background.
On macOS:
- Quit the Creative Cloud desktop app.
- Open Activity Monitor.
- Search for Adobe.
- Force Quit the Adobe-related processes that are still running.
On Windows:
- Quit the Creative Cloud desktop app.
- Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
- Search for Adobe-related processes under the Processes tab.
- Select Adobe named processes that are still running and click End task.
Once everything is closed, open Creative Cloud again, make sure you are signed in to your Adobe account, and give it around 30 seconds to fully load and sync.
After that, reopen Mister Horse Product Manager and try the installation again.
